Although one Kadels shop in Portland and I have had a rough history, Kadels in Beaverton have gone above and beyond to provide some of the best documentation I’ve seen. Although we had one problem from a couple of years ago, since then, we’ve found Kadels in Beaverton to be very transparent and helpful to our clients. They provide photos of all the work as it is in progress and Nick in Beaverton has been especially helpful to clients. He’s taken the time to explain procedures and even advocate for clients.
Beaverton Kadels had some bad reviews up until a year ago and that’s when I noticed their customer service and repairs to increase in quality. There are a couple of recent reviews that reflect small customer service issues, mostly when it comes to being waited on, but their repair quality has definitely improved. From the repairs I’ve seen over the past 12 months from this facility, I’d rate the average repair quality as being very good to excellent. They’ve come a long way recently as far as quality is concerned and I feel they should be recognized for it. As for customer satisfaction, I haven’t had any complaints from clients at this shop ever.
