J.J., Dave and Sabre, are always very accommodating when we’re doing investigation into your loss of value. Where I routinely see cars sent back multiple times, for improper or missed repairs at other body shops, I have yet to have a client have to send a vehicle back more than once to have all repairs completed right. When it comes to body shops, there’s a lot of room for human error and sometimes intentional fraud by either the Collision Repair shop or the collision technician. Auto body techs are paid by book hours. Which means even if they only take 20 minutes to do a job that the book says takes 3 hours, they are paid for 3 hours.
Since Canyon Road Auto Body is just a few hundred yards from our office on Canyon Rd., I’ve seen a lot of their customers throughout the years and I’ve never found even one time where the job was shortcut. This makes my job much easier by the employees and shop doing their best to make sure the repair is completed right the first time. And, if it wasn’t, I’ve yet to have a client’s car go back for a third trip, which is very common with most body shops. Sabre the manager, and J.J. have always been very forthcoming with customers and truly believe the customer is always right. Something you just don’t see anymore.
